have been trying to make a withdrawal for weeks, submitting tickets and sending mails... i get no answer... when i try to ask in the live chat i get told i will be contacted by the accounting department, but that is not happening... when i ask again about the withdrawal in the live chat i get no answer or the chat gets discconected... i tried to call the phon number on their website, but the number is not working or gets dissconected :( im really frustrated that i cant even get to talk to anybody!
