Fenix Casino Won't Pay 52,000 EUR Win!


I have been running after them since November 2014 . I won 60,000 and managed to collect only 8500.

I won the 60,000 playing Dead Or Alive from 6000 cash balance I had coming from their old casino - Casino For Me which is closed.

I have been with them on the phone and they promised to pay 2500 per month but for the past 3 month no answer to emails and no payment.

Here is the email they sent back in April


Dear Mrs Himawtee

We send you this email to confirm that as per your phone conversation you had with our representative Luca , we agreed to start settling your winnings in the amount of EUR 2,500.00 per month during the first 6 months. Thereafter we will improve the process to pay a bigger amount which will be confirmed to you by email or phone call in the near future. The payments will be made on the 15th day of each month starting from April.

As agreed, please start to update various forums with latest positive information about our agreement.
We greatly appreciate your collaboration in this matter!

Fenix Casino does not credit my funds from Casino-For-Me account
I discovered Casino-For-Me from Askgamblers newsletters. I have created an account at casino-for-me on 08.08.2014 then made a deposit of 400 euro and got a welcome bonus of 800 euro. I played slots and I was lucky I won a big sum. I completly fulfilled the wagering requirements for that bonus and my balanse was 12,009.55 euro. 15.08.2014 I requested a withdrawal of 1600 euro but I never received. Since october 2014 the address line of the Casino-for-Me automaticly started transfers me to fenixcasino web-site. In live chat I was said that I need to create an account at fenixcasino and after that they whould restore my balance. 27.10.2014 I created an account at Fenix Casino and sent all requested documents. It had been 3 months since I created an account at Fenix and asked for funds transfer they did not answered for my emails. 26.01.2015 they said that the records show that the sum in question is 10,409.55 euro and before continuing with the process of transferring the funds they need my agreement that this is the correct amount. I tried to explain them that I requested a withdrawal of 1600 euro but never received it so total amount is 12,009.55 euro. Then after one month they sent me this email: 18.02.2015 Dear Mr. XXXXXX, thank you for your email, we apologize for the late reply. We have waited for the funds that were supposed to be transfered to Fenix Casino, however as the situation stands with communication with Casino for Me management, it seems that we will never receive them, therefore we unfortunately could not make the transfer. We do understand that this is a very unpleasant situation and would advise your to seek more information at Casino for Me management, as they would be the best address to answer all your questions and concerns. As you made an account in our casino, you can take advantage of our promotions. If you're interested, reply to this email or contact our friendly support, which is available 24/7.
