Good afternoon.
I am writing to ask you to assist in resolving my problem with this casino.
Let me describe all my experience from the very beginning and I will go to the point.
I registered tere 2 weeks ago, after seeing good reviews and an excellent game base.
"I checked" the casino for a small amount, checked the loyalty and honesty of payments - nothing aroused doubts.
Next, I went for an amount close to 1000 euros, played well, fulfilled the condition for wagering the amount three times.
Then the problems began.
First of all I will say that I fulfilled all the requirements for the necessary documents for verification, photo credit cards, etc.
All they asked for, I provided, and there was 9 different
And when I satisfied all their requests they just stopped responding to my messages anywhere. Neither in online chat, nor in letter by mail.There was no additional requirements and they did not explain what was happening.
And I asked a friend to write to them from his device, he was answered at the same moment.
I mean, I am deliberately ignored.

In the conditions it is said that it takes 24 hours to check the documents.
In the pictures below you can see the date when I dropped the last. Since then, they do not contact me and nothing happens.

First of all, I insist that I did not use different cards when requesting withdrawal of funds.And I provided all the requested proof of ownership of all three.
According to the rules of the casino, there are 24 hours to check the documents, but they still pendeing for 2 weeks.
I also want to get an explanation for what reason you completely ignore me and do not answer personally, forcing me to involve third parties to resolve the situation.
I do not know what suspicions you are now referring to, my activities are fully consistent with your rules, I did not violate anything, otherwise you should have informed me.
So, I ask you to name a specific time frame when this should end.
I want to receive this information here, since in all other sources you ignore my references.
By the way,it's not a question of 10,000 rubles, it's 1000 euros.
