Given verification and refusing payout by constantly stating verification rules

I have given them 3 different types of verification. A government issued drivers license that was denied cause it’s a commercial driving license which is a license with CDL endorsement. Then I gave a utility bill to prove address along with bank statement to prove wealth. Got told they sent to verification team who were going to resolve but haven’t as I asked today and they said I need a passport which I can’t obtain and even if so would take well over a month. I have screenshots of chat. It’s only $110 bucks cashout can’t believe it’s been this hard. I can’t post the screenshots but I have them in case anyone needs the proof

They aren’t going to comment on this they just sent this for my email even though I’ve supplied everything I legally can give them. My advice is black mark this casino as they are horrible and can just cancel accounts and apparently refund me my 20 which I paid so we’ll see if I really get that

They also said they don’t accept CDL‘s as posted above, but then asked me for a clearer picture of my CDL and here is fruit

Not getting redemption

I have been a loyal player on Sixty6 since they opened. I visited the site often and randomly got coin packages when I had the extra money to play. Finally, on July 5, 2025, I actually won, so I put in my redemption — it was for $700. Then they did a second verification, which was fine.

I’ve played on other sites before and have never had any issue with redeeming or verification or anything like that. I submitted my documents as they requested. Everything was going okay until yesterday, on the 9th, when I randomly got an email from them stating that they canceled my redemption and my account, citing suspected multiple accounts. And that was just the end of it.

So I immediately started trying to get in touch with customer service because I know for a fact I don’t have multiple accounts. I play on other sites, and I know you can’t have multiple accounts — I would never risk that and lose my winnings. So I kept trying to contact them over and over again, trying to figure out what’s going on and why they think I have multiple accounts.

No one will email me back. No one will talk to me.

Then I woke up this morning and saw that they deposited $60 into my PayPal account for random coin packages I purchased since I’ve been with them. I did not ask them to do that. They did not tell me they were doing it — they just did it on their own.

I don’t even know if that’s the correct amount because I can no longer access my account to see how much I purchased from them. But the $60 they returned is nothing compared to the $700 I was supposed to be able to redeem.

I know for a fact I haven’t done anything wrong in this situation. Upon looking into this, I don’t know what I’m supposed to do. I’ve never had this come up before. I’ve never had anything like this happen.

I can’t get the company to email me back whatsoever about the situation, but I don’t want to just back off, because I know I’m not in the wrong. I should get what I won, fairly. If you're a company and you say you're going to do something, then that’s how it’s supposed to work.
