10/22/2015 I made a deposit and won. I order the payment of money 10/22/2015. Deposit made with neteller and ordered to pay neteller. He wrote letters of support, but received no response. Today I received a letter, which says that players from Russia can not play. When I did check in the casino 10.20.2015 in the rules of the Russian players were allowed to play in the casino.
I was disappointed that the casino to change the rules in secret.

Could you send us any evidence which can back up your statement that in time of playing you were in Finland and that you used the portable modem ( and that you switched to Ukraine portable internet again at one point? ). All the evidence you may send to support@askgamblers.com. I had to work in Finland. I played with a portable modem. When the money ran out , I switched to the Internet of the country where there was - is Finland . The quality of the internet was bad and I was expanded by a portable Internet Ukraine again . This is not a disguise ip is the use of the available internet network.

@ ask gamblers the previous attachment showed masking proxy. A login from Ukraine then 30 mins later a login from Finland....Not possible
