Hi
I have played online casino for many years now and realise more casinos have their own policies on withdraws, but i have never experienced anything like this from CASINO DINGO.
My identification documents have all been verified. They have a monthly withdrawal limit of $5000AUD - this is my 2nd withdraw and puts me still below the $5000 limit (withdrawing $2.7k this time) I was told to speak to my "account manager" (chris­@ca­sin­odi­ngo.com) and he told me that i was not active enough to get my payment processed - this was within the normal 3-5days for credit card withdraws. Chris told me to deposit more funds and play and maybe the finance team can expedite my request for the withdraw. I play for entertainment and I dont want to become a gambling addict!!
So $1000 will be processed but the balance will take 30 BUSINESS days!! Yes they can use the T&Cs for anything, but as a player who has abided by their rules only expects to be treated properly.

I dont feel like I should have to deposit more money just to get my own money back!

I still have not received the money in the bank account - the casino have approved the withdrawal and it should have been processed the next business day; it is now coming to 5 business days and nothing in my bank yet

please do not close this case until i receive the money
