I made a deposit of 300/- Rs. on 07-11-2024 and deposit was successfully debited from my UPI Account but not credited to Batery bet account.

I have raised many requests to support but they are not responsive as the normal processing time is just 3 hours but it has passed many days but till now i have not received the amount in my batery bet account.

Kindly help me to get those it's been more than many hours.

My batery bet account- 53119245

Amount debit date and time- 07-11-2024 at 11:40pm.

UPI transaction id- 467809868082
