Hi, after voiding my tickets without a reason 15 days ago, 888 Casino (Sport) has locked my account and since then lying to me on chat and ignoring my emails.

They claimed it will get resolved within days, their support says their timeframe to answer is 72 hrs (never answered), I tried going the official way stated in their TOS after i have waited for about 10 days and filed a stage 1 complaint more than 3 days ago (they claim the timeframe for answering related to stage 1 is 24 hrs, also no answer to this day). So they only use their TOS to void winning tickets, but they ignore their own rules when its not convenient for them!

I have to mention i am fully verified (two times they asked for the same documents which I fully provided). I am out of options and need help with getting my money back.
