1x2Plus Casino - My 750 euro withdrawal declined with no reason

I used the second deposit bonus at 1x2plus casino last week. After all the wagering and playing i ended up with round 800 euro.
First i tried the chat to see what kind of documents they needed to verify my account. The chat whas offline and i sent a message asking how i could withraw. Because there whas no withraw method but a blank space. The person i spoke said that that whas a bug. After a few messages they asked for my documents and i sent them. When i tried to withraw, there whas no place to fill in bank account details so i sent them a mail with the needed information. I got a mail asking me if the swift number they had whas correct. I replied that it whas. A little irritated because every time they changed the time of withraw to the time they made changes in my account. So the withraw whas pending just one day in the overview. On tuesday finally the live chat whas available and i asked how long it would take for me to recieve my funds. They where too busy but promised me to inform me that day when i would recieve the withraw. In the evening i still had no answer and checked the site. There whas good news the withraw whas no longer pending but completed. So i waited on y money but it did not come. I went to send another message on site and looked at the overview again. Then i noticed that first they declined the payment and then they named the payment complete. The casino has very bad service and the software crashes very much. But that aside i stayed and even came back for the second deposit bonus. I followed the rules of the Casino and my account whas succesfully verified. But the 750 euro withraw whas declined and they did not even put any of the money back on my account. If i did something wrong they should at least give me back my money right? I can not get contact with them because they ignore my messages. I made a screenshot of the overview. If needed i have all the mails in my inbox. They told me the account whas verified and that my account whas ready for the withraw. But when i did they just declined it. Please help me file a complaint and get the withdraw. as per our email of today, please note that the withdrawal has been processed with the bank details provided.
You just have to wait a bit now because it will take 2-3 days.

Please confirm publicly when you will receive it.

I recently fiiled a complaint about a declined payment.
They just mailed me back that they transferred the funds to my account after all. This complaint is resolved.
