Withdrawal problems after getting a free bonus at Vernons Casino

I joined this casino on 28 dec 2011 aprox 12-10 pm i deposited 250. pounds ticked boxes required . then noticed they had given me 200. pounds. free bonus. started betting by the 31-12-2011 at 02:11:55casino time my winnings where 2000.pounds. i tryed to withdraw 800. pounds back into my account. and could not tranfare this money. so i tryed to withdraw 600. pounds and again would let me do so. note came up i would have to bet another 8,174.00 pounds before i could make a withdrawell . i started to bet on trying to cover this amount and lost my money. then i was in a mess and deposited another 280. pounds and lost that leaving me indebt .i already had gambled thousands of pounds in this time in betting. i have been in touch with there office and just get this rule about there bonius rules i am not happy with there anser and i am not a sore loser this is wrong .once they give you this bonius they have you over a barrel there is no way you could gamble the amount of money they say you need to and possibly win . its a trap your stuck with iam hoping to take this further so no other people will be tricked into this casino. thanks for listening. m. cassidy

We have looked into the records of our conversations with the player at the time he played. Michael wanted to withdraw an initial amount but had not completed the necessary wagering requirements clearly indicated on the site and required when receiving our Welcome bonus. Following this contact with our support and receving this information the player questioned the need to wager more and we confirmed the requirements which he understood. The customer representative offered to reset the account should he wish to close. He continued playing.
