Welcome bonus not given

Hello,

A couple of days ago i signed up at Crazy spins Casino because of their welcome bonus being very attractive (200%).

I went ahead and deposited 15€, the deposition went perfectly fine, however i was never given the welcome bonus - i looked everywhere on the site to see if there was some sort of Opt-in button, which there was not.

I then tried to contact Live-chat to see that it was offline, so i've sent 2 emails 2-3 days apart with zero response to where my bonus was.

Yes, this is infact not alot of money we are talking about, however i think that i am still entitled to this bonus. I registered only for that sole reason and i would never have signed up if i knew that the bonus wouldnt be handed to me, especially since i regularly play on other sites with an hour of two withdrawal time.

Hopefully this can be resolved in a peacefull manner, i only want what is rightfully mine.

Giving me the runaround with a withdrawal request
I deposited 2 lots of 20 pounds with 2 lots of 4 pounds bonus, I played for over 7 hours and at the end I had won over 400 pounds, so before I lost anymore I made a withdrawal request for 300 pounds and at the time there was not wager requirement in the box so I proceeded, which went through ok, saying pending so I had and email saying there were free spins available to me and as the only bonus and free spins I had received since joining was the the 4 pounds on every 20 pound deposited and my initial 5 free joining spins, I decided to ask about the free spins and the next thing I know there is 60 free spins in my account, so I played for a while and the after using the freespins I acumulated I can't remember about 350 pounds so I looked to withdraw again when I seen that there was a wagering requirement of over 7000 pounds, which took my breath away, so I realised that I would never be able to make another withdrawal so I just played away with the money that was in the account, knowing that I had made the withdrawal before hand, and thinking that it was safe. Anyway everything was ok as I though because it still said it was pending, but after 4 days, ( the usual turnover for withdrawal request is says in the tcs is 1 to 2 days depending on time) I asked what was happening with my withdrawal and I was told the first time that it would be done in the same afternoon, then they said there was a problem because they were installing new game and it would be the next day, then the next thing it was to be another 48 hours, so by this time I was really fed up with excuse after excuse, they asked if I could wait for another 48 hours for them to get the new games sorted and they would get it sorted, but before I knew it there was an email saying that I had over 4000 pounds still wagering requirement to meet before they could authorise my withdrawal, all this is just excuses, I no wagering requirement in the wagering space when I made my request, so I am still entitled to my winnings. I had the same problems when I mistakenly deposited 200 pounds instead of 25 pounds before, it took almost 2 weeks before they gave me it back and again I made the withdrawal request before playing, and speaking to the live help. Looking at some of the reviews on your site this is a major problem with this site, I have now emailed them asking them to close my account and put my winnings in my bank as per the tcs, and still getiting nowhere, I hope this time I have given you more information, I truly believe that everything I have done was done properly to allow me this withdrawal request.

Lie after lie regarding my withdrawal
