I had winnings to be withdrawn on my account 300.00 was transfered back into my account on comeon due to my documents not cleared so i played this money but i still had 250.00 outstanding which was never paid to me. Comeon asked for my documents and i sent these 5 times then they said they had not received these again it had gone to another account i had but at this time i was not aware i had another account why would i open 2 accounts with the same company. Comeon said they would close old account and asked for documents again these where sent again and when i queried my withdrawal they said i had received this which I explained i had only received 300 not 550 this so frustrating and i don't know how or what to do this is a scam site as i have read other reviews with the same issues

This case has been reopened upon casino’s request and we would like to give it one more chance for a successful resolution.
We have been informed by the casino management that they credit back to your account amount of 250, but that you played them out. Please confirm.

Appologies for the late reply.
As you can see from our direct e-mail to you, you can see you were credited the 250 to your player account on the 9th of July. You must not have noticed that you were credited these funds when you kept playing, and understand that you got frustrated thinking we did not credit you the money. As you can see from the file we have sent you, we did credit your player account the money you claimed we did not. We are sorry that you were not able to complete the withdrawal due to not having the documents approved at that time. Feel free to contact our support team if there is anything else we can help you with.
