Stole my money and closed my account with no explanation


I had an account at Star Games, where i ve played only backgammon
This account was opened a few years ago and after identity verification, i ve made my first withdraw in 2012 and during 6 months and Star Games told this delay was due to risk of chargeback, i dont uderstand until today what means this.

2 years i didnt played at Star Games for this delay and in 2014 i played again and this time the withdrawals works better 3-4 working days but until December was very small withdrawals 50-100 euro
In january 2015 I’ve deposited 100 euro and winnings was 200 euro and i ve made an withdraw 230 euro and remain into my account 70 euro but surprise they blocked my account and stole my money ,no withdraw ,no winnings and no my deposit all the money lost.

I ve sent an mail and they answered they permanently closed my account because T&C (terms and conditions witch i didnt respect) ,and i ve told wich terms and they no answer .

I have a single account and i ve played with different players from different country they give me a bonus a 3 years ago but i ve loose it my winnings was only from the games with different players and only from December 2014-january 2015

I ve played from my computer and from the computer wich i have at my work place, its possible that computers used from another person because i am a teacher in a school and many other have acces to that computer but no terms and conditions speak about this they only told about 2 accounts opened from the same computer but there is no interdiction to use my account from public computer like school computers or internet cafe.

So please help me they stoled not only my winings 200 euro but also my deposith 100 euro.

We have not stolen any of your money. Your deposit was spent in the casino by yourself and your unjustly winnings were kept as per our GTC.

Refuses to pay out winnings, will not provide reason and explanation why
Dear, I'm writting you complaint against Stargames casino for blocking my account and refusing to payout winnings. I have submitted a withdrawal request on 14.01.2017 night for the amount of 250,00€ and remaining balance was cca 50€ on my account. That night they blocked my account and asked for identitiy verification in order to pay me out. That identification procedure was as painful as getting a house loan, and after 13 days of struggle and multiple delivery of all documents, on friday 27.01 they wrote me, as their final decision: "Your money has been blocked and kept according to our general terms and conditions of play. Company reserve unlimited right to block and declare void all winnings whic are not gained honestly". Without any reason and/or explanation. All of this looks like online scam casino to me. I'm registered player for years. Played and paying a rake on winnings for quite time. And first time won something, and they blocked me and refuse to pay out for no reason just pointing to breach of the casino general terms and conditions, article G,H and I. Please help. I'm ready to provide you with all proofs necessary. Some data account related informations, I,m unable to get since they immediately blocked my account after payout request. My claim is at around 300€ (250 EUR was payout request and left cca 50€ on balance to keep on playing). Thank you in advance, Sandro < name removed >
