3:03 AM 3/23/2022. I had a multi for about $1700.00. (0.03892958 BTC). All my selections were live plays except for the last selection on the slip which was a tennis match. Tennis match was scheduled to start about 2 hours after my multi was placed. Photo of my betslip - https:­//i­bb.c­o/­zG8­Dm8m. As you can see, the odds I received on the final selection were -345.

Now let’s move on to the fun part. Both tennis players came onto the court for warmups, odds went live on both stake and other platforms. Here’s a photo of the odds before the match was set to begin.

All of a sudden, my player is +425 as opposed to -345 lol. Anyways, as this is a clear line error and would affect my cashout price, I immediately contact support prior to the match beginning. I run into the luxury of speaking with Darko from the sports team. Now keep in mind, Darko has always screwed me over as he has personal issues with me. I thought in this instant, he would use common sense as it’s almost a 800 point swing in a few minutes. I kindly ask Darko to void the bet (win or lose) or to honor the new price of +425 (which was clearly the correct price as every other book had it at this price). Here are his responses.

All correspondence is happening literally during the match. I expected a quick void or the correct odds to be given so that there would be no discrepancy at the end of the match. Darko drags it out for the whole match and he even goes as far as to tell me “don’t cashout the bet” ok Darko, I’ll listen to you and wait.

Let’s fast forward to the second set. My player is now -5000 live and they were offering $5300 of $6400 on a cashout. Darko continues to tell me not to cash out. Photo below - https:­//i­bb.c­o/­8s3­9TyY.

Anyways, I don’t hear back from Darko until it’s 5-1 in the second set for my player and he decides to tell me “let’s just leave it how it is” after trolling me the whole match for what clearly was a line error, he waited until the last second to decide on his own to just leave it as is. As everything stands, I am requesting to be refunded the difference for the bet on the correct odds of +425 which would bring the total payout to +1528 odds and a total payout of 0.63381249 BTC. I was paid out 0.13734496 BTC which would leave a difference of 0.49646753 BTC. It’s quite clear that support was doing this on purpose and waiting to see who would win the match before deciding to void the bet or honor the correct odds.

I have been a customer on stake for almost two years with a net profit of almost -1.5 million dollars. I truly hope that in the future they do not do this to their customers because it does not look good. I play on many other books and they swiftly void selections or fix the odds immediately and not wait until the match is completed. In my personal opinion, this was a personal attack from Darko against me.

I have tried other avenues to come to a resolution but I have been ignored and stake also removes my posts on their forum. I have tried contacting both CEOs Mladen and Edward, as well as my VIP host, the first two do not respond and my host is unable to assist. I have also attached a conversation I had with another sports support member yesterday (Stefan) and he was totally in agreement with me.

About 6 hours ago, I spoke to another sports manager from stake casino (Dusan).


I tried everything with him to come to a resolution. Unfortunately, nothing came of it and that’s why we are now here.


In my personal opinion, I truly believe this was done intentionally by darko from stake casino due to him having personal issues with me for over a year now.


I also posted this issue on stake casinos forum many times, only to have it removed by then every time after it was getting exposure and gaining responses from the stake community.


I find it very sad that after all the loyal business I have given them, that they refused to honour and pay me out the 0.5 BTC owed.


Darko did not handle the case correctly. I followed all procedures, contacted stake casino prior to the match beginning and kindly asked that it be voided or the new odds be honoured, none of which were done.


Lastly, I believe that darko purposely delayed fixing the wager to see who would win the match.


If my selection had lost, he would have stuck to his story that “the odds were correct”.


If my selection had won, he would have said “the odds were incorrect and voided it”


I have attached my lifetime stats here at stake casino and it’s a shame it has come to this.


Its very unprofessional how stake casino treat customers that they do not personally like. This is not a casino where I am looking to be friends with people, but I am also not going to tolerate being disrespected and insulted and played for a fool by their support team.


I hope we can come to a swift resolution to avoid this going to the next step.


I truly love playing on stake casino (even though I lose tens of thousands weekly) however, I cannot and will not allow them to get away with doing this to customers.


I also find it very unprofessional that both CEO’s Edward Craven and Mladen Vuckovic did not have the common courtesy to respond to any of my correspondence to view a bet that is clearly black and white.


If needed, I also have live video proof of the CEO Edward Craven and Dusan from sports insulting me live on the weekly stream. This truly makes me believe this was a personal attack.

I find it very unprofessional that they are avoiding responding to the complaint publicly and also just giving me the runaround privately.

I truly expected better from stake casino after all the millions I have given them.

Dear Sir,

Following your complaint, we have performed an assessment of your account and hereby present our formal response.

On 23/03/2022 you have placed a pre-match bet on the tennis game Digvijay Pratap Singh vs Anirudh Chandrasekar. This bet was made on Digvijay Pratap Singh win.

It happens that during the tennis game you contact our support team to complain that there was an error on the pre-match odds since with the result being tied the Live Odds for Digvijay Pratap Singh to win was 5.25 and the Pre-match odds on the winning was 1.29. Accordingly, you requested for your bet to be void.

Following your complaint, we have contacted our odds provider to confirm the odds and we requested you to not cashout your bet, since a cashout would make it impossible to void your bet. It happens that before we received the confirmation from our odd providers that the pre-match odds were right and there was an error on the live-match odds, you have cashout your bet on the mentioned Tennis game.

After the match ended and you have received your cashout, you came back to our support team saying that there was an error on your payout and you have requested to be paid out based on the live odds.

As mentioned above, since you did cachsout it was not possible to void your bet. Accordingly, the same was paid in accordance with the correct pre-match odd which was confirmed by our odds provider.

In this sense, we understand that you are not entitled to any reimbursement and that your bet was paid correctly.

First of all, try getting someone who can type in proper English.

No, that’s a complete and utter lie.

I reported the line error 17 minutes before the match was even set to begin with PROOF. More than enough time for stake and sports radar to make a decision to void the selection or honour the correct odds.

Darko SPECIFICALLY told me not to cash out and because he “expected them to sort it out quickly” This was minutes before the match was set to begin.

Almost 90 minutes later when my player was winning 5-2 in the second set and the odds were -10,000 (match pretty much over) nothing had still been “sorted” as darko mentioned.

I went ahead and cashed out my bet because I KNEW that darko was going to make up some story and void the selection.

I followed darkos instructions right up until the end.

The reality here is this:

Stake.com sports provider (bet radar) is a scam.

Betradar didn’t verify anything with stake support team.

Darko even admitted the odds were wrong one and that he couldn’t “manually” do it on a multi (Which is a lie because it’s been done before)

The live odds of +525 held steady the whole match.

Stakes excuse that me cashing out is nothing but a lie to avoid taking responsibility for the way they handled this matter. Additionally; they will make every excuse in the book to avoid compensating me on the correct odds.

Stake has person issues with me (specifically darko)

If stake would have advised me that the odds were correct and would stand, they would have provided me proof of that and there would have been no need for me to cash out a bet to take a lesser amount.

To their last point, I was continuously messaging stake from before the match ended all the way up to a week later. I had to literally contact them 500 times to even get a response.

This matter is NOT resolved and I would kindly ask that you provide me full contact details for your regulator/licensing body.

I forgot to add that I cashed out my bet literally after darko sent me the email stating “I prefer them to leave it how it is”

This shouldn’t have been left up to darko if it’s indeed sports radar who deals with these issues.

So many inconsistencies and lies from stake it’s disgusting. This is 100% a person attack.

I have lost over 2 million dollars and have been a customer for 2 years and they treat me like I’m some clown.
