Software glitch with roulette

I opened an account with Vbet on 05.07.2016. I was played for a little while. I was betting 47€ on crystal roulette particularly on 19€ on number '0'( green). The ball turned up on '0'(green) but i have got internal server error. The money has been debited from my account but the winning has not come in to my account. I have talked to casinos couple of times they are not giving the proper explanation thats the reason i am making this complaint. This is the round id 63456577 at 01.03am melbourne time. My balance 479€ after i was betting 47€ it was 432€. I didnt inform to support because i was keep playing. Please help me to get my winnings of 684€. Here i copy the chat with their support.

The next evening I received an email from Felix support_vbet.com:

After which I went to the site and did everything as written in the letter, creating new withdrawal request, but after a few minutes my request was rejected.

I tried to withdraw again, but I got error ATTENTION

Client Locked.

I decided to ask support chat what's happened and received an answer:


- I am sorry the account is blocked as your playing style is not according to our terms and conditions.

- I don't understand what you're talking about. I didn't break any rules

- I have already mentioned, the details

are not shared with the customer service.


Not understanding what was happening, I decided to write to [email protected] , and told them that there must be some mistake on their part.

I received a response the next day:

I waited patiently, realizing that this was some kind of mistake and that soon they would figure it out and understand that I had not violated anything and they would unblock me.

I wrote every few days and received the same answer that the check was not completed yet, I couldn’t provide details and there was no deadline for completing the check.


Two months have passed and nothing has changed, I get the same answer. I can't log into my account and I can't receive money.

Two months is enough for any check and I suspect that the check could not find reasons not to pay the money and decided to do a check on me that will never end.

I attach all the evidence and screenshots.
