So weeks and weeks ago I was declined for payment the issue was my documents..I sent my documents 5 times an was told they were not received in the beginning.then after talking with a manager he confirmed that they were received some time ago an because of all of my waiting times that continued to reset, he would be sure to take away that wait time and get my documents approved immediately which he did and I have the email. So weeks later I check my withdraw an see that they once again reset my time. So after live charging with representatives over an over I decided to just track the status..then I was told they do not have a status once you wait 10 days for documents to be received and then 10 days to be approved an then 7 days for payment approved then 7 days for them to send it that it will just appear in my account, which is weird to me...so another week an nothing I also chated with a rep yesterday who basically laughed in my face in a low key way.. i just want to be paid

Once again my dates are being changed.they claim that my withdraw of 160 is processing and my 10th day is Monday the 16th.of December..but they are not helping...take a look..
