I have been trying to retrieve my money since December, 2011 for $700. I have gotten lies, after lies. First it is processing problems, then it is new management, then they lost the money. I'm tired of it. They now tell me as soon as we find your money we will send it by check. I know people who got that story several weeks ago and were told the check is in the mail. That is an old excuse and those people are still waiting. I don't want them to send me a check. I want it to go in ACH/electronic or wire transfer which takes about a day or two at the most. I'm afraid even with a check, this could bounce.

Your help is appreciated. My user ID for Rushmore is sds213. If you need my password I will provide it. Also, I cannot send a screenshot of this. This was a withdrawal. Maybe I could go into the account history transactions and do it that way. Please let me know.
