Payment request delayed
On June 23 I have request a payment. The same day my documents have been approved at Casino Plex, and they promised that my withdrawals will be processed within 72 hours.
From that day the reply's on my emails en chats are almost the same:
"As you have already mentioned, we are currently experiencing technical issues with our payment gateway that created a huge backload in processing payments.
We are doing our utmost to solve the problem as soon as possible. And we apologize for the delay. Please rest assured that you will get your winnings as soon as possible".
The complains here on Askgamblers about there delay in payments seems constantly the same. That's the reason why I am worried about there payment.
