Hello,

I would like to file a complaint against the casino provider Oshi Casino because they have been preventing me from withdrawing my money for more than 2 weeks (17 days). I reported the problem to them on the very first day and as soon as I click on the Withdrawal tab, the whole page freezes. When I told them about it, they first asked for the entire video proof (which I also sent them - from pictures to video clips), but nothing was resolved. They haven't given any additional information for 17 days, I have practically no information on when the problem will be fixed, what the problem actually is, etc.

Every time I contact them, I get the same answer, that the team is working on it and that they are solving the problem. But everything is taking too long.

I also asked them if they can force the withdrawal from THEIR side (I would give them my bank details, etc.), but I didn't get any answer to that at all. They even said that they need to "resolve" the issue with my bank provider, but that of course is not true, because the problem is in their frozen webpage withdrawal tab and not my bank provider (I can't even enter my bank details or start the withdrawal process) so that claim is totally false and misleading.

It seems they just want to wait for me to spend my entire account balance or they just want to trick users into depositing money to their platform and then not allow them to withdraw their winnings or account balance.

I ask that the matter be thoroughly investigated and resolved because otherwise I will be forced to hand over the matter to my lawyer, who will initiate an official lawsuit against the owner of the mentioned casino provider.
