Hard to get answers?!


Hi,

i have several complaints. I tried to contact them they have no live chat so i emailed them.

Had sent docs and some questions. This way i cannot ever withdraw because they must check my identity. How if they dont react?

and today they confiscated suddenly my money on ne games 56,05 i build up with free spins winnings.

I was playing and my balance was suddenly zero and i logged out and back in again but still zero??

And when i click verify email i dont receive a link in my inbox to confirm.

This is very bad can you help me and contact them.

A few years ago I signed up at MrCasinos.com. By playing with a sign up bonus and doing some pokerfreerolls and cashgames at the pokerrooms I built a small real money bankroll at MrCasinos. I also did a succesful withdrawal at the beginning of this year. And I even left me some money to continue playing. So far, all well. By mostly playing poker cash games I built my real money balance up to 96 euro and 22 cents. A few weeks ago I wanted to continue playing my cashgames but suddenly the pokerrooms were quite empty. And most of the tournaments were not available anymore. I send an email to the helpdesk asking for an explanation but no answer. That is strange because in the past MrCasinos was quite responsive with handling issues via the mail. So after waiting quite some time on a response I decided to withdraw all my funds. But when I get to the section Withdraw I cannot do the withdrawal and I find this message: ‘’As our regulations currently prohibit us from accepting you as a real money customer, we would like to refer you to one of our trusted partners, awarding you welcome bonuses and more! Select one below.’’ Of course I send them an email right away asking for explanation. (See print screen attached). But no response so far! I would like to emphasize that I have never received any mail of MrCasinos with change of terms and conditions which could’ve been important for my status (Country or other relevant feature). I hope this can be resolved and my funds can be transferred. Thanks, Sigfrido
