- I deposit £300 on the 18th of December in order to receive 500 free spins on the Sparks game, after receiving a personal email offer.
- Only 100 games were awarded leaving a balance of 400 spins to be awarded.
- I emailed support and received a reply from "Adam" at Playhippo that they would be added within 24 hours. They were not added in this time frame or subsequently.
- I then emailed chasing these up again on 19th, 21st and 22nd of December, the 4th Jan and the 5th of Jan with no response whatsoever.
Therefore I would like these free spins added as promised.
