I have a withdrawal request pending since 2/11/15, today is 3/21/15. It still have not been approved. I also had a 2,500 withdrawal placed on 1/30/15 and have not received a penny yet. Again, today is 3/21/15. Finally on March 11th, they slit that withdrawal up into about 4 amounts. They approved $705.00 of the $2500. I would like to know why the "terms and conditions" say 10 - 15 days for approval and $2,500 maximum per day? I appreciate any help. Thank you!

Hi win2day,

This is a bit of a tangled mess, but I think it’s been untangled, now. :-)

Here’s what happened:

You had two pending withdrawals—one in the amount of $1051 and another in the amount of $2500. Our withdrawals department canceled both withdrawals, to remove the coupon bonus amount, in the amount of $192. They then split those two pending withdrawals in to five amounts (three in the amount of $650, one in the amount of $704 and another in the amount of $705). They approved the $705 withdrawal, leaving the remaining four withdrawals pending. It’s understandable why you are upset about this—you had two pending withdrawals and now you are seeing that you have one approved and four pending.

Unfortunately, I can’t explain how/why this happened, however, I CAN tell you that our head of finance caught wind of this and he fixed things up for you. Yesterday, he approved the three $650 payments. You’ll still have the pending $704 to be approved (which will be on schedule) and I see you have another withdrawal request pending in the amount of $1135.

Our Escalations Manager, Sophie Evans will be following up on this to ensure all goes smoothly from here. If you have any questions for her, you can contact her directly at: sophie.e@casinosupportcenter.com

Apologies for the confusion with all this.

All the best,

Tawni

Issues with the withdrawal method via wire transfer

In August, I decided to finally give the promotions a go on the site and deposited 100$ for a 250% deposit bonus match, I think-- some kinda huge match bonus though.

I played through the wagering requirement and also had a manager withdrawal of the coupon $100 from my winnings.

I've been trying to initiate a wire transfer for my winnings. Canadian player here banking with < removed >and also tried < removed > for wire info. After trying < removed > 2x, I contacted support, numerously actually, support stated < removed > does not accept international wire transfers, which doesn't make sense to me because my first time doing a wire transfer, I phoned customer service for < removed > & received all the information I needed for the wire transfer on Palace of Chance.

3rd time asking for support on what banks can accept the wire transfer, the closest answer I received was < removed > .

So I researched CAD banks that accept international wire transfers. I came across that my < removed > account has a wire transfer, and the information is < RBC >, so I sent the new information to POC email support, and once again.. they declined my withdrawal request!!

Not sure what to do from here on.

I even tried to ask if I can just withdraw using Coindraw, as I do have crypto wallets, but bcoz I didn't deposit using crypto, I guess I'm not eligible for that option.

I did make a deposit for confirmation wallet, though a few months back, but the currency is USD and I'm CAD, so the amount was too low for it 🙃

Help pls!
