The first time I made a deposit for withdrawal. It took 10 days to obtain the amount. The second time I made the withdrawals it has been already 10 days passed and do not know if I will get the winning money?

They have no chat support, but they have email support. They respond almost never in email support questions and concerns, and if they respond, it will take maybe up to 5 days to be answered.

They put on an advertised fee of 1 euro pr outlet / withdraw. But they also adds a % fee on any withdrawals amount that they did not say at about 2 - 2,5% fee

They also adds the bonus% of invested money that you did not choose or want to have with wagering requirements

Absolutely do not recommend playing this at this scam casino site

The only fee that we charge on withdrawals is the standard EUR1 charge. If you have had other charges deducted from your withdrawal amount, these will have been applied by your payment method provider.

I tryed to change my personal settings, so my proper email or user name is not correct to connect to the account i have on But that is not more relevant i guess then i can provide it for anyone and this complaints. The extra fee on withdraw is an exchange from euro-currency you play with on your casino to my country -currency. Its about 2,1 % on every withdraw. This is really rear fee but mayby that can be fixed and change subsequently how to play with correct currency without currency fee?

But my main and still the same problem is that you do not still payed my winnings to my account and its over 20 days now has passed. And i have receipt on email on this billing withdraw confirmation.

The bonus was forced to the specifik deposite and not selected of me to want or use on amount. And i had in other words automaticly got that % bonus on deposite without wanted it.

My correct username at the casino is = kentaman, and thats is of course unique for checking account

You did receive a reply from us on 21.03.16 regarding processing fees. We explained that we only charge a EUR1 fee per withdrawal and that any extra fee incurred would have been from your own bank due to the fact that your home currency is not EURO.

According to our records your most recent withdrawal was sent on 09.03.16. If you have not received it please send a copy of your statement for the month of March directly to Stargames so that we may investigate.

From time to time we do offer matching bonuses to players when they deposit. These are often automatic so as to make it easier for players to get their bonus right away, however we can remove the bonus if you contact us by phone or email before playing with it in our games. Please note that having a bonus on your account does not affect your ability to withdraw winnings earned with real money stakes.

I meet you with photocopy credit card data recently. Of course, without some figures, covered cards digits. There is no amount in the account that corresponds to the correct date from throughout March or from 9:03:16. and the right amount. You can look now as you intend.

Do not understand why you can not have a chat, most casino sites have that at least for some ours a day.

My currency is not the euro because its crown, and it is not my problem that you have an exchange rate fee. No casino has it to my experience and i get the entire profit in the right currency without charge. No matter what currency you choose to play with If you can not play with the right homeland currency directly on page options. This is not a bank levy, this is a general system of currency exchange. With a closer look, I have seen the amount being paid. Anyway far from their own specified date of the transaction and far from the right moment. The date for transaction was even before that date they had specified and paid my profit so thats why i had some issue to find it.

I have received my winning money with an announced fee 1 euro is correct, including a unique exchange rate fee of about about 2.5% on the whole amount to my currency

Still i think, one should pay a fixed fee on all or upon deposit, but the exchange rate fee percentage can be changed each day from euro to your currency. I do not know how to remove or change this to avoid paying exchange fees because i can use euro too in my country

The problem is solved with my delayed payment, the case is closed.
