Casino - Unable to request a withdrawal

I have been a user of for a few months now and never had any problems, withdrawal were fast (most of the time instant) and my overall experience was great... until Tuesday.

On tuesday I sent a 0.05 btc deposit to my deposit address (which has been the same since day 1) and logged into and noticed no games were available on the main page. http:/­/im­­m/X­0FcsfH

Open logging into my profile, I noticed my deposit was credited but I wasen't able to withdraw it. http:/­/im­­m/k­I8kevV

I contacted support, which suggested me to update flash (up to date already) and java. I told them they were both up to date, tried 3 different browsers on my main computer, tried safari and chrome on mobile from my cell phones and my work cell phones. They requested screenshots which I provided to their support email and they are now ignoring me. Chat agents either stop answering me, or ask me to wait for the manager...
