Hi,

I'm continiously depositor for this casino. And I'm always losing money on there. Just one time I could make a withdrawal. Although that, almost everyday I made deposit to there.

Suddenly, they stopped to give my bonusses. For example, they sent me an e-mail which provide to me 10 spin on big bang game, if I make deposit; then I deposited but they did not add my bonus. And this happened 3 times. They didn't add my bonuses.

3 kind of bonuses still lost for me. Although this situations, they also do not reply my mails no more. This is really made me nervous. Why they are not responding?

Also on Turkish gambling forums, other users reported that they do not make withdrawals. So what can I do for that spam casino?

Unfortunately, no answer. I don't want to get any bonus from them. I just want to inform everyone about that they should be careful when they decide to play on this casino.

Hi Macabre,

I am not sure what bonus you are referring to, and as you asked to close your account ont he 26th of December since you felt that it is a bit strange that you complain now.

Also when it comes to the free spins you say that we did not give out, you write in your email to us

"You are giving idiot 10 spin from coin amount 0.01 and saying "oh we are giving big free spins". Really??? "

So you are saying that we give you the free spins, and as you know all free spins are set up in the same way. We can understand it is frustrating that you are having a cold streak but we think it is highly unfair to say that we do not offer the free spins since you were given the free spins on the campaigns that you qualified for.

Regarding evidence that we received from a casino this player did get free spin on 30th of December. We consider this complaint resolved.
