I deposited INR 8000, 19 may 2023. money was deducted from my bank, whenever I used to chat, it was said that it has been sent to the relevant department, but did not add the deposit. I gave bank statement to customer support for proof of payment and I deposited from above then gave transition id even then it didn't add then. Now it is saying that my website has not been deposited. I copied the casino payment merchant UPI and made the payment. I deposited 2 times, both the times were different, the first one was added, the second one was not added.

If you want proof of payment, you can see my bank statement, you can't say that you paid on another website.I am not mad that I will pay on other website and will tell you what you did on your website. Your payment is in the merchant PayKassma and that UPI was paid on that UPI.Sanjeev's one was changed, Kiran Soni's upi payment was received in Sanjeev's already sent . Contact PayKassma your marchant are fruad and you are fraud my money is lost

i have paid on 6th may also i have made two payment now it is saying one payment has come while same is merchant.Now it is saying that only one payment has come, how come if the payment does not come, then both the payments do not come. I have also proof of payment and bank statement
