I deposited 61.76 USD worth of Dogecoin and i was not credited on my account.

The Dogecoin transaction id is < removed >

Live chat is not working and email support does not reply to my requests.

I would like to ask a refund because I don't feel like this casino is trustworthy.

Please help me solve this issue.

Hello to all!

We checked the Customer's account (apparently with same username as here) and have individuated all the transactions. There were few attempt of deposit via Crypto during the evening of 04 of May, one of them was actually successful and was credited to the account in the morning of 05 of May with the exact amount. To be noted that when there is a Crypto deposit often there is a time to receive and credit the amount and it's not immediate as with Card. Further the Client activated the welcome bonus for the casino section and played the amount.
The issue was solved and discussed with the client via live chat on 05.05. We apologise again for the delay of crediting the deposit and also offered a small Gesture of Goodwill bonus to the Client.
We thank for the feedback of our Client, as we strive to give the best possible customer's experience and we remain available in case there is need for further clarification.
