PlayHippo Casino - llowed to deposit over limit

Play hippo allowed me to open an account even though I self exclude I opened a new account and was able to deposit to it straight away I set a deposit limit of 10 pounds but with in mins I was allowed to up the limit on the same day I was allowed to change the limit 3 times no waiting time and able to deposits again straight away even though my limit was 10 pounds per week in all I spent 60 pounds in this site after setting a deposit limit of 10 pounds I emailed them asking to close the account straight away explained I was self excluded and was allowed to deposit 50 pounds over my limit when my limit was 10 pounds per week was told I could have a refund as that against responsible gambling on there site was given email address for the company that own them and told they would sort this have email a number of times but no reply, have email play hippo but they just say thy can't help it need to be the company that owns them I just need help sorting this also this needs to be sorted for any 1 else that plays on their site please help

Sorry to hear about your bad experience, and of course our responsible gaming features should work,

If creating a new account with new details it is hard for us to prevent that, but the deposit limits should always work.

Hi - as mentioned in the email. The deposits that was made after your £10 deposit limit was added will be refunded to you, as soon as the account have been verified by sending in the documents.

Hi had a refund today happy with the way play hippo dealt with this only thing that let them down was having to open this case in 1st place to get matter the sorted but all well that ends well
