Dr Vegas Casino - Withdrawal is taking forever

Plz somebody can you help I'm at my wit's end

I made a withdrawal the initial withdrawal on Monday 18th June, the date was verified and apparently a verification code posted that very afternoon taking 3 to 5 days to receive. By Friday I still haven't received the verification code so I spoke to somebody else who then advise me I should receive it no later than the Saturday 23rd June..... but will despatch another just incase.
By Monday I still haven't received the verification code so I got in touch again and there was then advised the verification code would be posted the following day Tuesday the 26th before 4 p.m. when the lady finished her shift.

Wednesday the 27th I contacted as I never received the email I was promised with the tracking code in so I contacted them again to ask for the tracking information...... apparently the code had been re dispatched and they hadn't take a note of the tracking number.
Today is Thursday the 28th and I've still not received the tracked item which apparently I should have received yesterday.

I've now been advised to give it until Saturday again and if I haven't received it contact again on Monday.

This is getting absolutely ridiculous.... I can understand why the process is taking so long for a withdrawal

Please make sure to update your complaint accordingly and clarify the total amount of the disputed withdrawal request/s.

Now the website has been down for 3 days..... and nobody is answering the phone has this company gone bust

I also forgot to mention the withdrawal was for approximately £2,140

Just been made aware via the website the company has now closed down. Where does this leave me for my £2,140 withdrawal I feel physically sick

It is now Monday and still no money received..... this whole issue is starting to make me ill. It's ridiculous I've emailed Phil again
