Withdrawal is taking forever

Plz somebody can you help I'm at my wit's end

I made a withdrawal the initial withdrawal on Monday 18th June, the date was verified and apparently a verification code posted that very afternoon taking 3 to 5 days to receive. By Friday I still haven't received the verification code so I spoke to somebody else who then advise me I should receive it no later than the Saturday 23rd June..... but will despatch another just incase.
By Monday I still haven't received the verification code so I got in touch again and there was then advised the verification code would be posted the following day Tuesday the 26th before 4 p.m. when the lady finished her shift.

Wednesday the 27th I contacted as I never received the email I was promised with the tracking code in so I contacted them again to ask for the tracking information...... apparently the code had been re dispatched and they hadn't take a note of the tracking number.
Today is Thursday the 28th and I've still not received the tracked item which apparently I should have received yesterday.

I've now been advised to give it until Saturday again and if I haven't received it contact again on Monday.

This is getting absolutely ridiculous.... I can understand why the process is taking so long for a withdrawal

Just been made aware via the website the company has now closed down. Where does this leave me for my £2,140 withdrawal I feel physically sick

Winnings of £1,000 never received

I was playing slots with dr Vegas and had won some cash, just under £1000 in total, but I was waiting for ages, then their website had closed so I was emailing them, they said I would receive my winnings but I’m still waiting, this was back in May, I can’t get in touch with them now as the email address is invalid

Withdrew money but still not paid, website shut down now

I with drew £1000 and £750 the website is now closed down was told they money would be into my account by monday which is today and still nothing ive been waiting since 1st of june 18 for this money and always been told a code is being sent out but still not recieved this code this is not acceptable please respond soon

Site not working for 2 days, unable to cashout account balance

Hi I won over 1600 gbp and webside doesnt work so I can not withdraw my money. I have sent mesage to custoer service and its no respnd I can undersdand they can have softwer upgrade but 2 days with out respond is a joke. I have used my money,I. won so I want my money.

Withdrawal taking too long

I did a withdrawal request for on the 29 th of may 2018 at dr vegas casino of £500 and as this day is still pending. Normally i contacted the chat service several times and always get almost the same answer...we not have fixed process times ...next week ...will e mail payment teams ...etc etc ....seems all the times a new excuse for the delays...i also e mail customer care service ...still no replay. I only play for fan and i not expect to win at all the times....but on the rare occasion i do manage to win ...i will expect to get pay in a reasonable time frame. ps. This is the first time ever i file a complaint as i normally a very patience and understanding person but this one is taken the biscuit.

Withdrawal taking ages to be processed

I requested at £200 withdrawal on 03/06/18. I’ve asked 3 times on live chat when this will be processed and I always get the same answer .... next week. Next week never seems to arrive because when it does they tell me again next week!! In the time since I’ve requested the withdrawal I’ve signed up, deposited, played, won AND been paid out by 2 other casinos (one paid out within 24 hours!) What’s taking so long? I didn’t use a bonus and it’s not a massive amount! It’s an absolute joke!

Withdrawal of £2,200 is taking too long and still not processed

Taking too long time to pay a small £80 withdrawal

Got a £80 withdrawable since 28.05.18 still pending I have asked chat only to get it be done by next friday all the time its really annoying me as they take your deposit in seconds but take almost 2 weeks to send your winnings. I.keep getting theses amazing offers so decided to take one up and won a massive £80 which was amazing now being told meh it be soon.

I submitted a withdrawal request on 25/5/18 and it's still pending. I've contacted live chat on numerous occasions and they have said it will be by the end of the week. this was last week. weekend came and gone. still no money. I have emailed customer service to put in a complaint but I haven't received a reply. I've also rang the number on the website and it seems it's a private voicemail? I've played with this casino lots of times before and never had problems like this before.

Unnecessarily delaying withdrawal times

I have 2 pending withdrawals (£300 and £198) so not especially significant amounts. Both have been pending since the 23.05.18, which is just unreasonable given that I could have gone to Gibraltar and back in that time and collected the money myself. Modern technology allows for fast processing of payments and deposits , so it’s just farcical. I have contacted Dr Vegas and they have informed that my withdrawal will be processed by the end of next week?! Terrible, I shall be using other sites due to the withdrawal times, which is a shame as I like the website itself.

Payment taking too long

Hi, so I am a avid player on Dr Vegas I enjoy the games and the bonuses but the problem I have is that I wanted to withdraw my winning no bonus, just winning and I done that on the 23rd may at 5.30am so I messaged Dr Vegas on the live chat on the Tuesday and asked How long will it be and he said it will be done around the end off the week so I said okay, messaged again today out of curiosity and he said it won't be done now til the end of next week? Why is it taking so long to authorise a payment I play on many online slots won good amounts of money and never had to wait this long it's only 120 pound but it's money that I won and it's taking too long?
