Winning 53,000$$$ should be exciting but with them it's painful


On August 14th I won 46,000 with Slotmaddness Casino. I requested the maximum payout allowed of $2500. My VIP host "Nick" informed me that I would be paid that amount two to three times each month and arranged for it to be direct deposited to my account which I really appreciated. The payout was partially approved $1083.00, $334.00 was a coupon which understandably was not paid and the balance of $1084 was declined and put back into pending status with the rest of my money on August 26th. On September 4th $1043 was deposited into my account. I was charged a $40.00 payment fee. I called to discuss this with Nick and was told now that I am a "winner" he is no longer my VIP host and I am no longer allowed to use coupons or promotions. He told me I am to deal with the general help line and when I call them they tell me I am supposed to deal with him. NOW my next withdrawl has now been approved $1250 and the balance of $1250 declined. So it appears it will take TWO YEARS TO GET ALL OF MY WINNINGS! I had accepted that it would take one but two is not okay. $53,000.00 should be a life changing amount of money but when you only receive $2400.00 it's at a snails pace and really doesn't seem fair. I feel cheated and do not plan to ever deposit money with them again. I have been playing there for quite some time and have made many deposits with them and they never had to wait for me to pay. I just don't see how it's right to do this to me when I have been a good customer to them.

I do not want it closed at this point due to the fact that I feel a few payments were paged through but I still have two more for $2500.00 that have been approved but not yet paid and I have 19 more withdrawals of $2500.00 each that are in pending status and now I am getting stories about having to wait two weeks AFTER my deposit has been approved PLUS another 7 to 10 business days for the processor. That's not what their policies state.

Hi I've been very pleased with Emmas assistance. She has helped some of my withdrawals processed rapidly. I have received $7,500.00 so far leaving $52,500.00 to go. I am hopeful that she will continue to handle my account as I am once again pleased with your casino. I am hesitant to feel that all has been resolved at this point though with so much money still outstanding. I'm sure you understand.
