So made a withdrawal back in December of £487. Spoke to chat to be told it would take 10 days downloaded docs and sent them on email.

I have sent several emails never had any response. Spoke to live chat nearly everyday for 2 months to either be told it will be processed there was a delay or they just stopped responsing as soon as i mentioned a withdrawal!

I had no bonus attached to my deposit so did not have to meet any wagering requirements. Then out of the blue they shut down my account would tell me why and never recieved my withdrawal.

Please can you give me the funds owed.

Your account has been banned, because of violation of our terms and condition as appear in attachment, for opening duplicate account in our casino ! the proof of the dup account is in attachment.

And also you have reversed all your winnings at the 11th of December, so anyway there your balance account was on zero and winnings was in your account and you lost it, as the screenshot of reversal / canceled of your winnings appear in attachment.

Therefore, your account is close, and this explain why you are banned from our brand.

Hope that all the explanation and evidence is clear and that the case can be closed. wish you to find an other good casino.

So on your first point this is a lie i didnt set up a different account as the the one you have listed is not my email adress and never has been. (Aimee­jac­kso­[email protected]­gma­il.com is nothing to do with me) As such i would never have been able to verify my account.

Your second point about me reversing my winnings this is another lie. I NEVER reversed my winnings, little unsure if you are also claiming I then went on to lose them all on your site? I would be pritty careful what you start to claim now as I have saved most of the conversations I had with your live chat in which non of the above was mentioned and I was told I would recieve my winnings on the 26th December!

Can I also ask why no one has responded to any of my emails in 6 months?

I have attached just 2 of the conversations I had I have more examples of these up until feb.

Your winnings was under verification, sometime it takes more time.

As you can see in the screenshot i have attached the IP's on the both screenshot is same IP on the registered account. so both account is yours !

The fact that you spoke with our agent, dosent mean that you respect our terms and condition.

It s always take us few weeks to check all the accounts, and when we got to your case and saw that you have violate our T&C, we have banned you immediately ! and this explain you why your account was closed as you mentioned.

And also i just saw the conversation with our agent, he just told you that your case is in review and the only things he can do is to pass your user name to our team!

Firstly Im sorry i did not set up 2 accounts! Why would I set one up to an email address that isnt mine? Can you tell me if this aimeej7 account was used? I can then go on my bank and prove it had nothing to do with me.

Secondly you have failed to answer my point about you saying I reversed the winnings on the 11th Dec and i think you are saying I lost them. Which is completely untrue.

Thirdly why has it taken 6 months and through a complaint site for you to answer?

Lastly your live help are the only way to actually get a response from someone at your company, the phone number is not real and doesnt work, emails never get a response. To be told after I have given them my log on details that i would get my funds on several occassions what else am i meant to believe, your representatives told me on behalf of your company.

8.2.4 The player creating a duplicate account at WinnerMillion, all his account will be immediately suspended, and winnings will be forfeited.
