Hello. I discovered this casino a month ago. I created an account, I was given a no deposit bonus. I won it back and made a deposit, played a little and tried to withdraw money. It turned out that the no deposit bonus is not available for my country, so the winnings were deducted from the balance. But, in addition, when verifying documents, they considered that I had forged documents and therefore my account was closed and said they would refund my deposit. I don't want to prove that I didn't forge documents. I just need my deposit refunded. But it's been a month. I write to them every week and ask why there is no return. They answer every time "we are working on it, wait". No one says how long to wait. I believe that a month is already a serious period and if they wanted to, they would have considered this case long ago and returned the money to me.
