I requested my withdrawal on the 4th of February, on amount 480 euros. They kept my money for the following 6days (pending time-extremely long time in comparison with other casinos)Then I was told that on the 10th of February my money had been sent to my account. I was told I will be sent the proof of my withdrawal to be sent. That never happened. I just want my money and forget about this 2 weeks stress.
