I poured money at casino cruise have won some money .... so I want to pay off. have sent all necessary documents .. it has been fully verified ... and still let me wait ... during the wait I lost about 3500 of my winnings, so I have frozen my account until they pay off .. .. there is a third party on now.... the game provider .... what's happening there all?can someone help me....i am tired of waiting...I've spoken to 4 different people on chat. First person told me the withdrawal would be done 'tomorrow', second told me there was an issue with payment processing team and again it would be done 'tomorrow', third person told me there was in fact no problem with the payment processing team and it would be processed..you guessed it, 'tomorrow'...my whitdrawal 1960 euro..

it is solved but too late ofcourse.....in the mean time i lost over 3500 beceause they did not pay on time...
