I was hoping it would not get to this point of filing complaint. I am not new to this casino, I know they take a while to pay (although at first it was 4-5 weeks). I am having a difficult time with verification & withdraw even though I've played over 1 1/2 years and not the 1st withdraw. I have sent in verification forms 4 times now. Oct. 6, 13, 20th & Nov.10. The first time they actually sent me a email saying they need scan of m/c and examples of utility bill, which car insurance & bank statement which I sent, the other times no emails but I did live chat....but should they not have forms and info from previous withdraws? Again, not a new player. I live chatted with them earlier this week about the paperwork sent Nov.10, they said they had no record of any forms. what happen to the other 3, I sent from October? Not a new player for this to happen to. Amount of withdraw was $1,060 it is now over 6 weeks and has been declined because the verification forms, it does seem like a stalling ploy......I will repeat not new player.

I have not received an email from you as of yet, (by the way, I checked my bank statement and it does have address on it). If you give me where to send it I have all you have requested ready to send. I'm still puzzled because I checked my info again, and everything you requested I did send before. Anyways, thank you for your help and I'm still waiting for email to send the info.
