Won't give my winnings, won't let me finish my bonus wagering

I have had an account with the casino for several months, I won 23,000 Euro, Of which the casino paid me already 9,000 after sending in the notarized ID (taking awhile and costing a lot), and other documents.

Out of the blue, I am getting an email from the casino stating that I broke their terms and that my winnings are voided. Mind you, they have already checked on me. verified that I fulfilled the rules needed, even paid some, and now they renege.

I am writing this complaint because I consider Vegas Red Casino doesn't take seriously the task that players should be payed.

Casino requested copy of utility bill and notharized ID to be sent to their address in Phillippines, documents I sent, support agent confirmed in penultimate conversation that were approved.I would like to point out that it took almost a month for my notharized ID to be received.

On 25 october I requested again 1900 euros payout, by now I had no response regarding this. A few minutes ago I contacted them via live chat. To summarize they said they encounter a few technical problems and the payout is still checked, I should wait to receive a response from them.

It passed more than 50 days from my initial payout request, time in which they had enough time to analize my payout.

If someone from Vegas Red Casino consider my complaint observable, please e-mail me with a solution.

After several attempts to withdraw my winnings there always seems to be a delay tactic by doing something. ON this occasion, I registered a new card with the casino. A few days later I won and wanted to withdraw which I did. A week later I checked what was taking so long and online help told me I needed to e-mail them front and back copies of my card...I complained saying that they could have let me know?? I e-mailed them the copies required and waited...about a week after that I asked online help what was taking so long and they told me I needed to sign the deposit form and send it back. They say they have sent it but have not received it?? Since then I have asked them to send it on 3x occasions and they say its sent but nothing in my inbox??

THEN I TRY AGAIN TO MAKE A WITHDRAW. THEY HAVE A BANK CODE AT THERE WITHDRAW SITE, THEN THEY TEL ME I MUST PUT IN MY SWIFT CODE FOR MY BANK, THEN I TELL THEM IT ONLY ALLOWS, NUMBERS. I'M REALLY GOING TO BLOW. THEY TAKE MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT, THAT IS STILL IN MY PREVIOUS SURNAME, BUT THE DO NOT WANT TO PAY MY MONEY INTO THAT BANK ACCOUNT

I have been waiting almost a month for my withdrawal from this casino. Yesterday I went in to see what was happening and I see that after all this time my withdrawal of 15,000 was delined for no apparent reason? I have e mailed the support `team` and I have had no response!! Are they even real?

hello there i took up the instant bonus and got this up to about 250 i then made a 20 deposit and got this up to around 380 i then lost had about 160 left i made a withdrawl for 130 the next day they told me it had been declined because i played an excluded game i sent emails and spoke to live support team telling them i had not played excluded games the next day i got an email them saying sorry it was not because i played excluded games it was because i misused the bonus i have now asked how i can misuse the bonus and i get the same reply all the time just posting me terms and c i asked them if i had 2 accounts they said no so i really can not see anything i did wrong yet i can not get a stright answer from this casino the amount was 130 that i have not been paid small amount of money but this is not the point
