I received a bonus form Vegas Red Casino and there was a playthrough attached to the bonus. I was playing and finishing the playthrough and was winning. My deposit was 200 and my winnings were up to 900.
Then when I was I was close to finishing the playthrough, I logged into play and the games were not working. I kept asking support why and then they told me that they were closing their casino.
They then tell me that since I did not finish the playthrough they will only payout my deposit of 200 and I lose my winnings of 900!
Of course this is silly because it is not my fault that I could not finish the playthrough!! They should payout all that I had won to that point.
