I requested a withdrawal of € 784. On November 11, 2015 at 14:38 Italian time.
I sent documents the following days. They have accepted them on 19 November.

telling me: you will receive a separate e-mail with payment details. and if you have additional questions write us.

I wrote to know, when will I pay.

here! no one answers, more.

currently they know nothing. and they tell me to write allìaccount manager.
but the latter, after 10 mail, do not respond. read, but not responding.
This behavior is a bad signal.

why? before responding, then stop.

I ask: what are your intentions? paid or unpaid?
and ask clarity and speed

I knew, by chat, which need 5 or 10 days, starting from the withdrawal.
today are 5 days.
