Hi. I've tried to solve this issue with ttr.casino, by email, without any relevant response.
March 2, 2019 I wrote to the casino, forced them to close my account permanently due to extreme gambling issues. March 3, I got the respond that "Account is closed forever" (Have email proof)
Couple weeks ago I failed, and suddenly went to ttr.casino. Without any problems I logged in to my account, made multiple deposits - without any restrictions.
When I cleared my mind and reached the daily limit on my creditcard, I realized - this account should have been unavailable?
Found email proof, and asked in livechat, how this happened?
The answer I got was that "it was caused by a tech issue, but now its closed"
The livechat agent agreed, that it is caused by them, and that account is now closed again. As a consequence, i find it irresponsible that this can happen? Im aware tech-issues aren't made in purpose, but due to "responsible gaming" this is a huge fail of responsiblity.
As they already agreed that the mistake is theirs, i've requested a refund of every deposit made in this "session". A week later I got rejected immediately - after I send a reminder to them. Since then I haven't got a respond from them.
Hope you will help me in this case, as this is just not supposed to happen with permantly excluded players. A casino must have a responsibility to respect such a decision - especially when its clarified that it is due to gambling issues.
I expect a full refund of every deposit made in April 2022.
Let me know if I should send proof og exclusion. Doesn't seems to be possible to attach files?
