Inadequate assistance with a weird glitch of Endorphina slot loading mobile version despite playing on a PC

I played on Bob Casino on the 6th January 2018 and did a bonus hunt on low stakes becasue i wanted to test the casino. I opened the game Voodoo from Endorphina. First thing i realised this was the mobile version of the game because it had a total different interface, eventhough i played from my desktop device (PC). So i thought they only have this version of the game and played on 20 cent bets until i got a bonus feature triggered (3 Scatters). So i closed the game. After some time i reopened the game and suddenly i could only open the desktop version of the game and my bonus feature win was nowhere to be seen. I then contacted the support and explained them what happened. They then told me, that the game log did not show any bets i did on the mobile version of the game, but this did not mean that the spins are not stored somewhere. I then told the support they should check that with technical department or with the provider of the game.
It was strange because i had to explain my problem eight times and sometimes i did not get an answer for minutes in the chat. And then i was thrown off the chat and when reconnecting getting a new chat agent, explaing my problem again and again. They then told me they will further this to the technical support team and i should try play the game with my mobile, which is a good idea, only not possible with my nokia and im really not going to ask a friend to play online casinos with his phone. Hours later i checked in with the support again and had to explain my problem again and again. They then again told me that the log did not show the bets and they have no technical problems but they will further this to the technical support....
Winnings spins lost somewhere in the site software and game log data not stored. This is the absolute horrorstory for every casino customer. In my years of gambling something like this never happened. Imagine if i played bigger bets as i usually do. this complaint is not about the money i did not recieve. I think the casino has fundamental software problems and is not safe to play on at all.

Well lets leave at this: The problem somehow randomly fixed itself, becasue i probably had, as you said packet losses while starting it up and it loaded the mobile version. Glad to hear that you will addres this matter to endorphina and other players do not have to experience the same troubles i had.

Ok, recently i logged in to my bob account, just to check what is going on with this matter. Then i opened the game voodoo from my pc and suddenly it opened the mobile version again, So i could collect my freespins. Basically i was happy to collect my winnings, on the other hand im still irritated that the game will randomly open in different versions and it costed me a lot nerves and time to comunicate with the support. Infact i was pretty tilted and lost my restbalance on stupid bets. All in all very unpleasant experience.

Hi I am a big fan of Bobs Casino, and it hurts me to do this.

SInce a month Betsoft launched a new action game on BC.
To promote these games BC set up a sort of free roll tournament. with real cash prices
Each tournament has an end date,
When u play each account gets an user ID . ( once you played a game, this id-user is yours foreverytime you play the game.and so i became User 4965595

They first started out with 2 big tournaments with each 10 winners (€500 for the winner - €10 for the number 10)
It was new so i played and became 9th . so i won €20 not bad .

the other tournament i did better and became third (€150)

after these big price tournaments they started to orginize the same tournaments but with smaller prices ( €150 for the winner and €5 for the nr 10.)
I won the tournament and so €150

makes a total of €320,00

It's been 3 weeks ago since i won the first tour.
but i havent received any money, instead i didnt received nothing from al the 3 tournaments.

I contacted with support. and they said that i had to wait for a little bit.
So i waited but still nothiing.
Then came agent Logan who said that it took a week to pay the winners so he adviced me to wait again and contact them again over a week.
I waited a for a week and got back to support. and yes you can guess it .
Now they said that the problem lays at the finance team. and they will send a email with information to me when they know more.

i spoke to a few more agents and thy all gave me the same answer.
Even agent MARIO (very rude) our conversation wasnt done , but he said " my shift is done i will put you on hold so you will get a new agent who will help you." (like REALY?)

Till this day i havent received a mail nor money on my account.

i am glad i made some printscreens of the result.

Blocking my account claiming self-exclusion when there is none

I hope askgamblers.com will help me to solve the problem with N1 casinos group: Bobcasino, N1casino.com, spiniacasino.com, euslot.com and betchan.com. They all set self-exclusions on my account without my permission. Or maybe their system is not safe for players and someone else operated on my accounts.

I will start from saying that last year (2018) I set limits on bobcasino till November. When my self-exclusion ended I asked to reopen my account. After a few e-mails with requests I got info that my account was active now (Nov 28, 2018). When I tried to log in a pop-up info jumped with message: "You have set self-exclusion limit etc.." and I could not log in. After a few emails they told me I had probably self-exclusons in other casinos and could not log in until they end. I denied I had no limits anymore in any of the MGA licence casinos. The bob team told me to write an official email with request to open my account. So I did. I got info back that they could not reopen my account - see attached files nr 1 and 2 with the emails with bob casino support.

What is more funny I was trying to register at other N1 casinos: N1casino (Oct 31, 2018), spinia.com (Jan 31, 2019) and euslot.com (March 20, 2019).

Each time after registration my account was blocked with information that I set self-exclusion limits which is not true. I asked for explanaitions but either got no response or short info that I have self-exclusion.

The most annoying thing is that I could play without any problems in betchan.com (N1 casinos licence) untill today (March 29, 2019). I made many deposits and withdrawals without any problem. But today I coud not log in, just saw info: "You have set self-exclusion limits..." Are they serious? Who makes self-exclusions on my account? Do they have errors in their system?

I emphasise that I HAVE NO self-exclusions at any of the MGA casinos (like casinoeuro.com, betsson.com, unibet.com and many more) and would like to know why N1 casinos blocked all my accounts?

Have a look at my last e-mail sent to bobcasino support (file nr 3) on March 21, 2019 and still without any response.

Please askgamblers help me to resolve this case with N1 casinos.

Self Exclusion issues
Last tuesday (26 march 2019 ) i started playing on a couple of N1 interactive Ltd casino's (Spinia, Euslot, N1casino and Betchan). I created accounts on all of these casino's and started depositing. Whenever i deposited I already made sure i set a deposit limit (50 euro) to prevent losing too much. I know i have a gambling problem and already have self excluded myself on a lot of casino's but with this brand/license i could still open an account. While playing these casino's I found out that I was losing too much so i set a self exlusion forever (based on gambling problem) on Betchan on tuesday 19:29 pm. About an hour later I created an account on Bobcasino (also a N1 interactive Ltd casino) and to my surprise I was not self excluded or anything. I contacted support and they told me that i could deposit and i started playing again. (this was not what i suspected) The problem was that i played a LOT the upcoming days even though i was self exluded by this casino under the N1 interactive Ltd license. I lost a lot of money and made one withdrawal yesterday. Today, when i wanted to login on bobcasino (or any other casino under this license) I saw the message stating (self excluded) and i could not login. My other accounts were also self excluded on the other brands.

I directly contacted bob casino support to find out what happend( ive been playing for three days and now see my account blocked). They told me ive set a self exclusion period forever on N1 interactive limited Ltd license 3(!) days ago and was not be able to play. But i could! Why was I able to play when i deliberately asked to self exlude myself forever on this casino's license. They only blocked me until I made a small withdrawal (which they payed out) but not when I was losing a lot of money. If I was self excluded for all casino's under that license (what they told me via chat, see attachment) I shouldnt be able to play and should get a full refund of all my deposits since then. I contacted support and they told me the issue was passed on to management but this is some serious flaw in their self exclusion program.

Self exclusion because of a gambling problem is a serious thing and if the guy in livechat can tell me my account was self excluded 3 days ago i should not be able to sign up or even deposit on this site.
please help me, i think this casino has made a big mistake letting me open an account and deposit especially when i self excluded myself forever on the same license on a other site.
