I deposited money from my credit card into the treasure island casino won $500.00 dollars. I went to withdrawal it and was told that I needed to send in some info so that they could confirm that it was me using the credit card. well I did everything they asked the very next day. this was over a month ago so I sent them a couple of emails no one responded. then I sent a email about them getting peoples credit card info and I received a phone call from a lady stating that they were sorry and that they had all the paper work and that I would have the money in my account in three days. well it has been a week and still nothing. I tried to call the phone number that the lady called me from and it was a Skype number so again another dead end. they not only have my credit card info but I sent them a copy of the front and back side of my credit card and id not this worries me who are these people and how do I get my money. Then I came up with a good ideal I had to contact consumer affairs before when a company was ripping people off and got a great response and my money back I am going to give these people one more week. if they do not put that money into my account I will contact consumer affairs Facebook it tweet it YouTube it and much more.

This matter has not been resolved an according to the post I received from you the money should have posted to my account before today and still nothing. Why are you guys taking people hard earned money in seconds off their cards but not paying your depts. I am tired of this emailing back and forth you took my money off my card when I made a deposit so pay me the money that you owe me. I see that I am not the only person with this issue so after this email I will be contacting someone who will put this place on blast you should be ashamed of yourself I am sure your getting paid to lie to us about our money I would like a phone call not an email from someone who can really help me with this issue.

Is this what you guys do, really. Just con artist ir rip offs. I got this post off of many that I have read just today and this guy is going through the same issue. Who are you guys, where is my money. Pleae read below from another ripped off customer.

There should be at least one check sent every week until my withdrawal is paid out in full.

There 3 to 5 day payout spill on there websites are a bust. I finally got my first payout last week after bitching continuously. Looks like there is no way to get the rest of my money unless I continue this path. They have failed to submit me a payout schedule. I have asked over and over. They have no problem taking my money instantly when I deposit. Why can't they do the same with withdrawals? 7,882.00 to go.........
