I made a withdrawal on 04 Jan for 400. Received request to validate my bank card on 08 Jan. Sent it off and received confirmation on 08 Jan my withdrawal will be processed. Since then no money received. Onto Chat at the casino and keep being told its 3-5 days. This has been well exceeded. Trada do not respond to my emails and Chat conveniently times out when ask for an explanation.

Email received earlier today to advise my account cancelled with immediate effect and withdrawal remains outstanding. I intended to close my account once my withdrawal had been honoured. Trada do not respond to emails sent from my Gmail account so the only way I could chase or get a response was by logging into the website. This option has now been removed so no way of being able to contact them for an update.

According to my system this payment was approved last week. It was sent to the same card you requested it to. Can you check with your bank if there are any pending payments or if anything on their side is holding up the process?

I have just contacted my bank and they have categorically confirmed that there are no pending payments on my account and there are no issues their side. I have received payment from another company with no issues. You can see from the statements I uploaded last week that the payment has not been received and is not pending. I want this matter resolved without anymore delays. We are approaching three weeks yet you are still telling me the same thing I have been told every time I have chased my withdrawal and that is that the withdrawal has been released to my bank. it clearly hasn’t! Please sort this issue out urgently. I am getting nowhere and you keep telling me the same thing and days and weeks just keep going by and I am not receiving my withdrawal!
My withdrawal has finally been received! I am forever grateful to Ask Gamblers as I believe the only reason I received ANY communication from Trada was because of the complaint registered here. It’s taken 9 business days to be received and zero explanations from Trada for the delay. My advice stay well clear of this Casino. The customer service is non-existent.
