non payment of my winnings

I won 150. dollar s from the rialto casino. I cannot get anyone to respond to any of my emails treid contacting the casino on several occassians all the phone operators say the same thing contact finance.(really) I'm begining to thing there is no finance dept.this is just ridiclous. after i won the 150.00 dollars i was told to send over my documents driver lic banking infromation creditcard bank statements. Like I explained to the phone operator this is a lot of personnal infromation.they agreed but still referred me back to the finance dept.which i cant not get in touch with to no avail.i,ve sent email after email i cant get in touch with anyone. Can you please look into this ASAP. Thank you

Sorry we only saw this complaint now.

There is no problem with the withdrawal and our records show it was sent today, by wire. You should see the winnings in a few working days appear in your account.
