I made a deposit of 1600 NOK - Norwegian Kroner(195 euros) at TeamBet sportsbook, and got a 50% signup bonus of this amount. I then completed all of the rollover requirements, and now I have 41490,10 NOK (5080 euros) in my account. So I wanted to make a withdrawal, but this was refused since I needed to verify first, which of course I understand.

So they ask me to send in 3 documents: personal id, address document and picture of my skrill account used for deposit. I send in all of this, but the address document wasn't accepted. I quickly send in new documents that are accepted. But now they ask me for a picture of me holding my id next to my face (why didn't they just ask for this in the first mail...?) and I comply with this and send a picture. I don't hear anything from them and send a mail asking for verification that my account is verified now. Then they reply that the picture of me holding my ID wasn't good enough. I take 5 new pictures with me holding my ID next to my face, so that there should be no doubt it's enough to verify me.

But now I have not heard anything for 4 days, and previously they always responded within a day. I feel like they are dragging things out in a unreasonable way because of the amount I have won.

Users KYC verification was completed and user was informed about this via email. User can use for betting or withdraw his funds freely. KYC procedures may take time till 1 week. In case if the sent document is not enough with quality or any other reason additional documents or proofs might be requested. These are standart KYC verification procedures to prevent from any fraud activities. Anyway users account was successfully verified and he is informed about this. This is even not a complaint case but a standart procedure.

Thanks for the response. However, yesterday I tried to make a withdrawal by skrill (same method as I used for deposit), but today I get an email saying the funds have been moved backed into my account and withdrawal cancelled. No reason given either... What is going on?

As you informed in email sent to you, you can withdraw your funds via bank transfer to your bank account because of security reasons. Online wallets are not available for your account because of security reasons of our risk department. Please request your withdraw to your bank account and it will be approved.

I requested withdrawal via bank transfer yesterday, so too early to comment yet as it normally takes a couple of days with this method. I will make a new post immediately when funds are received!

First withdrawal received (have to split it into three withdrawals because of max withdrawal amount rules), so I'm assuming there won't be any problems with the later ones. So I think we can put this case as resolved now! Thanks to all parties involved.
