Play2Win Casino - Still no payment after 20days

I submitted a withdrawal request of 135€ on 6th of June, but it has still not been processed.

5 days later I did a demand at the live chat pointing at my withdrawal. They sent me documents to verify and I sent them back on the same day. This was June 11th.
I did another 2 demands on the live chat and they said it takes up to 14 business days to complete the process and they are going to send an email to the financial departement to speed it up.
Now 20days and 14business days later I still received no money.
There is no reason given to not pay me out and everything should be ok. My documents has been accepted. It´s just a simple withdrawal request which has not been processed, with no reason given.

First we apologize for the time it took to provide an answer to the player. The withdrawal has not been paid due to a security hold up on it. This investigation was instigated due to a violation of the terms and conditions by the player. by using a gaming system to place bets on roulette.

The player used the Martingale Roulette gaming system, (You can read about this system at this link: http:/­/en.wi­kip­edi­a.o­rg/­wik­i/M­art­ing­ale­_(b­ett­ing­_sy­stem)) which is a violation of the following terms:

6.3. The casino reserves the right to void any winnings if player is suspected of fraud or fraudulent activity or if it is determined by the casino management that the player made use of computer systems, system play/wagering such as card counting e.g., including machine, computers and fraudulent software."

For this reason the withdrawal has been held and the player's account closed. We've tried communicating via email with the player to hear their reason for using this betting system, but have not yet received a response.

Ok first of all nobody from play2win casino tried to communicate with me.
Another point is, that the martingale is just a usual kind of playing and is not illegal.
But I accept your desicion of not paying me out my winnings.
So now I would like to get back my deposit of 90€ because you have no right to keep my deposit too.
