Issue with contacting casino and missing payment
I have an issue with get in touch with this casino. I have no trouble at first, I deposited, played and won a bit also. Everything was ok and I pass trough the kyc and was waiting for my withdrawal. I then send an email after a few days to ask for status in my withdrawal.
I get reply that they needed my bitcoin address for processing the winnings. I then reply back with the btc address and since then I just get the emails in return with postmaster delivery failure. I have tried to send from another email explaining that there is an delivery issue on the way somewhere.
This email gets delivered but I get no answer. I am not sure if this only is an technical issue or its done by purpose. I have no possible way to contact them except this address since they have no live chat and no other email addresses. I really don't know what I can do here so I try this as an option.
