I used Etransfer to deposit to this casino. It was accepted no problem.

Verification took 5 days...but after 5 days it went through. Then I went to do a withdrawal. I assumed, like other online casinos, I would be able to withdraw using Etransfer as well. No. The only options they gave me were "Credit cards, Ewallet or Crypto" They do not have Etransfer as a withdrawal option.

So, I put in a credit card to withdraw, Was not accepted. I did this using "5" different credit cards. None would work. When talking to instant chat, they told me to keep trying different cards or to try again later.

This has been going on for 3 days. So unless you use Ewallet or Crypto....I would stay away from this casino.

I don't have any type of e-wallet account, but I suppose I will have to open something now if there is any hope of getting my winnings.

Hi there. I have $5000 in winnings at the casino but their limit per day is $1000. So that is the amount I tried to withdrawal.

If I may also add to my complaint.....This is on Spinariums website: They say they offer "Interac" as a withdrawal method but they do not.

Prior to my complaint being accepted by Askgamblers, I did get one response from Spinariam casino, although, since then, I have heard nothing back. This response completely goes against what they have on their website! They show "various" ways of doing withdrawals, but obviously it's not true. Below is the response I got. (I have NEVER used cryptocurrency and don't know anything about it. Also, the one Cryptocurency company he suggests is not even available in Canada)

Unfortunately we don't have many ways to withdraw money from our casino yet.
I would recommend you to use cryptocurrency, it is an electronic money that is now well established all over the world.
Cryptocurrency USDT TRC-20 is strictly tied to the dollar exchange rate and has a minimal commission between transfers, plus in addition, withdrawal to cryptocurrency is done in less than 5 minutes, so you will not have to wait long for it.
Do you have an opportunity to register with Binance and create USDT-TRC-20 wallet there?

Dear all,

First, I would like to apologize for the long reply. We asked the payment provider for a more detailed explanation, which took a while.
We have limited options for deposits and withdrawals, and some are not implemented in both ways. But we are still ready to help the client with the withdrawal.
As for the decline for credit card withdrawals, we found out, that the anti-fraud system of the payment provider canceled them.
I can see three options to resolve this situation.

1 - The client can verify her card with the photo, so we can ask the payment provider to proceed with the withdrawal once again, manually. This is the only way to assure the payment system, that this is a real transaction from a real client.
2 - The client may use other payment methods.
3 - We can proceed with the refund of a client's deposits, but in such a case, we will have to close the profile.

And of course, in any case, I will be glad to assist with any chosen option and answer all the questions.

As I can see, our manager Ted is mailing with you currently.
At this moment, we're discussing two possible outcomes:
1 - We can collect all the verification information and try to process the payments manually once again, but it may take a while, as it depends on the payment provider, not from us.
2 - We can refund all the payments you've made. It will be much faster, as this is another type of procedure, but in such case, we will have to close the profile.
Once you are ready to decide, please let let us know about it.

Hi there. While I appreciate you saying you can refund my deposits....No, I don't think I would like that, because I gambled, and I won....so umm...I would prefer the money I won, thanks though. My next question would be....You're telling me you can refund me the money I spent, but you are finding it hard to pay me the money I won? I don't really understand. I'm curious how you would go about refunding me the money? And if you think you can do that....why can't I just get paid what I won?
I gamble at dozens and dozens of casinos and I have done withdrawals using the credit cards I've shared with you with no problems.....but I do admit, most of the time I have done withdrawals using Etransfer. Anyway, again, thank you for be willing to refund the money I spent, but I would still like to have the money I've won.

Dear Shelley,

A refund is a reversal of the payment. We do not create a new one in such a case, we just reverse the funds we get on the same payment. In your case, it will be made with the Etransfer. It differs from withdrawal, as in such a case we will have to make a new payment.
If a refund is not an option, as well as the cryptocurrency options, let's proceed with the full verification and manual withdrawal with the payment provider manager. Please contact Ted on the email, he will instruct you with all the details.
I am more than sure it will take a while, so I ask you to close the complaint, so we don't have to post messages here every day until we wait for the withdrawal. You can always create a new one or ask the manager to reopen this one, in case something goes wrong. Thank you in advance.

Hi there. Okay, so after LOTS of going back and fourth and trying my hardest to figure out "Crypto currency" I basically hired somebody to help me out with it so I could open up a bitcoin account. I have now done that and YES....SPINARIUM DID PAY MY WINNINGS OUT TO MY NEW CRYPTO WALLET. So I thank you very much for that. Now, though, what a hassle trying to figure out how I get the money from this bit coin account to my bank account. UGH I went to four machines already and after calling their 800 number on the machine, they informed me that only certain machines work with transferring money and there is no machine in my area that does. UGH what a pain! So now I'm just in the process of still trying to figure out how to get the funds. Not an easy task for sure. From now on, if playing at any new casino, I will ALWAYS actually talk to a live person to verify how they do their withdrawals because I certainly don't want to go through this again.
