My recent withdrawal of £559.51 is just pending and not being processed we are on day 5 of this I was told 72 it would be processed from when I cashed out. The last communication was in an email that it was handed to relevant department and I have heard nothing since. There is also no live chat to communicate which makes it very hard.

Another update the department didn’t take notice last time so they have forwarded again to chase up
