Hi AskGamblers Complaint Team,
I have been trying to get some sort of actually response from Slotum support however they are ignoring my emails and support requests from live chat get the generic response of "we cant do anything to speed it up, you have to wait". I have a fully verified account, I have done everything they have asked yet they still will not process a withdrawal even after their website advertises "INSTANT WITHDRAWAL"
I have checked their terms and conditions and there is no mention of a delay to process withdrawals.
I fear I have wasted my money on depositing 9 LTC over the past 2 months. The amount im trying to withdraw is 10 LTC.
