Yes! As if today it has been exactly 3 months since I made a withdrawal request on Slotnite gambling site.

I have been back and forth with very unhelpful customer support via chat almost daily and had many negative thoughts as well as felt very cheated by the same site that has received certainly 20x that sum in 2 weeks i have played there.

I have made 3 withdrawal requests in the beginning of December 2021.

1st request of 300€

2nd request of 300€

3rd request of 145€

2nd and 3rd request I have cancelled and played out the money on casino games.

The first however stayed like it was pending withdrawal for a couple of weeks. After which they replied my question on chat (again not their initiative) that they have a problem with my withdrawal and that it has been rejected by my bank. Which has never ever happened in all my online gaming experience but ok. Fine. Till this day they are replying with the same exact scripted sentence "the economy team is resolving the issue". No further information is issued even as a affected paying customer i got the feeling each time like i was just a burden and annoying. Which is the opposite of the meaning "customer service".

Anyways... I gave it a try tonight as well where i coldly got a reply if I even have evidence of the withdrawal request like screenshot or what not!? Meaning that they are not even trying to fix my issue or payout my long delayed requested sum but they don't even know it exists apparently...

I have given up almost totally and figured that it is a scam. And the money has been stolen. They contacted me several times in the past three months with the inquiry if I want to choose an alternative payment method (Paypal, Skrill) to receive my money. To which i replied "yes please...whatever just pay it out". Recieved confirmation of customer service in that it has been an accepted and fixed and that i should allow few days for the transfer. Again both Skrill and Paypal are instant transfer/payment sites which seemed weird for why wait again?

In summary, i have been lied to and sinned around in circles by this site for a quarter of a year now. I hope you can help me to resolve this issue if possible!? Apparently the people who are suppose to lack motivation and really

Kindly note that this customers query has since been resolved internally.

The funds were returned to the customers gaming account on 17th February 2022, with the option to resubmit the withdrawal to an alternate withdrawal method.

We note that despite contact from the respective teams handling his case, the customer has made no further contact with us since; and thus, ask you to kindly close this thread.
