On 8/15 I won big and requested a payout of 2398 and two days later on 8/17 I won again and requested a 1000 payout. I have won here before and last time it took exactly 42 days to get paid with the help of Ask Gamblers, At that time they sent me a copy of their payout rules. 5 to 7 business days for approval. when contacted the CSR said it was 7 to 10 days, We're at day 11 and neither is approved, But I was informed that I would not be receiving bonus' because management determined I "no longer need them to win", I notice from the smallest infraction of their rules they cancel a payout but when the rules are obeyed they don't abide by them. I know their rules better than they do having lost money here and at their sister casino Silver Oak due to alleged violations. My claim is legit and complies with the rules for both payouts. And what's up with restricting me from the same bonus' anyone can get-nice treatment for a VIP,I didn't write the rules they did and if they can abide by them they should get off the internet

Thank you for your help, again, still when I talked to them they indicated it will still be seven more business days before they send it to the processor and, even though I'm a "VIP" I still don't get any bonuses, Pity I liked the games.

Still haven't been paid but Ask Gamblers has done what I asked then to do and was able to get my withdrawals approved. Yes, and Thank you for your help.
